Booking & Cancellation Policy
Minimum Booking
A minimum of 120 minutes of total treatment time is required per location. One or multiple clients are welcome.
Appointment Confirmation
All appointment requests are subject to confirmation. Please wait for confirmation before considering your appointment booked.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Insurance & Payment
Direct billing is available through participating insurance providers, once activated. Clients are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.
Professional Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Origin Therapeutic Massage is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every treatment.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward sexual solicitation, inappropriate comments or jokes, suggestive behaviour, unwanted physical contact, and any requests or actions that violate professional boundaries.
Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the massage session, and the client may be refused future services. Serious incidents may be reported to the police.
Professional boundaries are non-negotiable.
